Seedance-Prompts: Leitfaden und Bibliothek
Seedance reagiert auf Struktur, nicht auf Adjektivdichte. Dieser Leitfaden gibt Ihnen ein sechsteiliges Schema zum Schreiben von Prompts und einen interaktiven Baukasten, der aus diesen Teilen einen Prompt zusammensetzt, erklärt, wie Referenzen verändern, was Sie schreiben sollten, und bietet zwanzig eigene Prompts in verschiedenen Kategorien, jeweils mit einer Schaltfläche, die ihn im Arbeitsbereich öffnet. Alles hier wurde für Seedance 2.5 und 2.0 geschrieben und funktioniert mit 1.5 Pro, wenn Sie die Referenzabschnitte weglassen.
Das Prompt-Schema
Schreiben Sie den Prompt als sechs kurze Teile in dieser Reihenfolge. Nicht jeder Prompt braucht jeden Teil, doch die feste Reihenfolge macht Prompts leichter zu bearbeiten und zu vergleichen. Die Beispiele sind auf Englisch, wie die getesteten Prompts auf dieser Seite.

Fügen Sie dann Einschränkungen hinzu: „no cuts“, „no text on screen“, „no people in the background“. Seedance nimmt negative Anweisungen ernst, wenn sie ausdrücklich und kurz sind.

Motiv und Handlung
Seien Sie beim Motiv konkret und bei der Handlung bescheiden. Eine vollständige Handlung pro Clip ist ideal für 4–8 Sekunden; zwei oder drei verkettete Handlungen sind bei einem Seedance-2.5-Clip von 10–30 Sekunden realistisch, wenn Sie sie der Reihe nach mit „then“ schreiben. Vermeiden Sie Handlungen, die präzises Zusammenspiel von Hand und Objekt erfordern, es sei denn, Sie sind bereit, mehrere Anläufe zu nehmen.
Kamera
Eine Kameraanweisung pro Clip. Nennen Sie die Bewegung, den Bildausschnitt zu Beginn und am Ende und ob das Motiv zentriert bleibt. Einfache Worte schlagen Zahlen: „slow dolly in from a wide to a medium shot“ funktioniert besser als „24mm to 50mm push“. Wenn Sie keine Bewegung wollen, schreiben Sie „locked-off static camera“.
Licht
Beschreiben Sie Richtung und Qualität des Führungslichts und ob es ein Aufhelllicht gibt. Ergänzen Sie ein Farbverhältnis, wenn Sie eines wollen (warme Praktikabellichter gegen kaltes Fensterlicht). Nennen Sie Körnung, Dunst oder Überstrahlung ausdrücklich; das Modell fügt sie nicht standardmäßig hinzu.
Bewegung und Timing
Verwenden Sie Wörter, die Tempo transportieren: „slow“, „deliberate“, „sudden“, „settles“. Geben Sie bei Animation die Kadenz an („animated on twos“). Für physischen Realismus beschreiben Sie Sekundärbewegungen (Stoff, Haare, Wasser) einmal; zu viel Beschreibung führt zu übertriebener Bewegung.
Dialog und Audio
Setzen Sie Sprechtexte in Anführungszeichen, nennen Sie die sprechende Person und geben Sie Ton und Tempo an. Bleiben Sie für eine enge Lippensynchronisation unter zehn Wörtern pro Clip. Atmo funktioniert am besten mit zwei oder drei benannten Quellen. Schreiben Sie „no music“, sofern Sie keinen Musikteppich wollen. Die Seite zum nativen Audio geht tiefer.
Anweisungen zu Referenzen
Bei Seedance 2.0 und 2.5 muss der Prompt außerdem erklären, wofür jede Referenz dient. Bezeichnen Sie sie nach ihrer Rolle: „the character from the reference images“, „the camera move from the reference video“, „speaks in the voice of the reference audio“. Sagen Sie, was erhalten bleiben und was sich ändern soll. Auf Seedancee nimmt Seedance 2.5 bis zu 30 Bilder, 10 Videos und 10 Audioclips an; 2.0 nimmt 9, 3 und 3. Mehr Referenzen sind nicht immer besser: Drei saubere Ansichten einer Figur schlagen neun uneinheitliche.

Fehler, die Sie vermeiden sollten
- Adjektive stapeln („epic, stunning, ultra-detailed, masterpiece“): Das liefert nichts, womit das Modell arbeiten kann.
- Zwei Kamerabewegungen in einem Clip: Entscheiden Sie sich für eine.
- Widersprüche („cinematic realism“ plus „cartoon style“).
- Ein Bild erneut beschreiben, das Sie bereits als erstes Bild geliefert haben.
- Lange Monologe: Verteilen Sie Dialog auf mehrere Einstellungen.
- Urheberrechtlich geschützte Figuren, Marken oder reale Personen anfordern; das verstößt gegen die Inhaltsrichtlinie und kann blockiert werden.
- Mehrere Einstellungen und den Prompt gleichzeitig ändern, sodass Sie nicht erkennen, was geholfen hat.

Häufige Fragen
Was macht einen guten Seedance-2.0-Prompt aus?
Dasselbe Schema wie bei 2.5: Motiv, Handlung, Umgebung, Kamera, Licht, Audio, dann Einschränkungen. Halten Sie Clips bei 4–15 Sekunden, eine Kamerabewegung, eine Handlung, und erklären Sie, wofür jede Referenz dient.
Wie lang sollte ein Seedance-Prompt sein?
Meist 40–120 Wörter. Das Modell akzeptiert weit mehr, doch nach einigen Sätzen pro Teil fügen Sie nur noch Rauschen hinzu. Die Länge sollte mit der Clipdauer wachsen, nicht mit der Begeisterung.
Unterstützt Seedance Negativ-Prompts?
Es gibt kein separates Negativfeld; schreiben Sie Einschränkungen direkt in den Prompt („no text“, „no cuts“, „no music“). Kurze, ausdrückliche Verneinungen werden beachtet.
Darf ich diese Prompts kommerziell nutzen?
Ja, sie sind eigene Texte und frei nutzbar oder anpassbar. Was Sie mit dem entstandenen Video tun dürfen, hängt von unseren Bedingungen und davon ab, was es zeigt.
Wie beschreibe ich einen bestimmten Stil, ohne ein Studio zu nennen?
Beschreiben Sie Medium, Rendering-Methode, Farbansatz und Bewegungskadenz. „Flat cel colours, ink outlines, animated on twos“ sagt mehr als jeder Studioname und bleibt im Rahmen der Inhaltsrichtlinie.
